Work that is impossible to do

WHY

Each of us is confronted with the feeling that the work is ‘impossible’ when providing guidance, teaching, etc. 

With this project group, we set out to find effective factors and tools that can transform work that is impossible into work that is possible.

OUR PROCESS

The project group “Work that is impossible to do...” has followed a path from “factors that make the work impossible to do...” to “factors that make the work possible to do...”.

For the factors that make our work impossible, we considered how we ourselves can influence these factors. The next step was to bundle all the factors that make work possible, which led us to five themes:

• Time management: time and attention management
• Culture
• What you can control yourself
• Communication
• Physical health

GOAL

Through a year-long programme linked to these five themes, we want to reach all levels of our member organisations and give everyone the choice to attend workshops tailored to their needs. We want to inspire our colleagues to move away from ‘The work is impossible...’ and empower them to be more effective.

We want to achieve lasting impact and change through repetition, challenges, practical assignments, etc.
